ya'll thought i had fallen off the planet, didn't you? i'm still here. still working for the endocrinologist and still busier than a 3-legged cat covering up...well, anyway. spending a lot of time creating stationery for incredimail and making signature tags lately. its fun and relaxing for me. plus lots of time with our dogs (2 dachshunds and a dachshund/terrier mix) - there are 3 now.

yep, that's what i've been. i haven't been carrying my camera much of anywhere lately. i get up at the crack of dawn and am at work right after that - i work for an endocrinologist, and we've been incredibly busy lately. excuses, excuses. maybe i should take my camera and take some pics of what i see first thing in the morning on my way to work and in my office? hmm...just wishing some creativity would smack me up side the head soon.

My husband and I are going on a little 6-7 hour roadtrip to pick up our daughter...we're meeting my mom and her sisters in Corinth, Mississippi, which is up on the Mississippi-Tennessee state line. Normally, this would be a crappy drive up the interstate, but we're taking a different way, hopefully with more photo ops. I wonder how much longer this could make the trip? I'm psyched for it though!

I have successfully put off doing anything other than goof around online. It was unbelievably sweltering today...the most I did outside was go get gas for the lawnmower so my husband could mow! Tomorrow we're helping a friend load all everything she owns in a U-haul so she can move to Cleveland.

I'm hoping that by posting on here, it will keep me inspired and carrying my Olympus with me everywhere so that I can share what just happens to strike my fancy at the moment.
